Scope and responsible developer
This policy for MapBop: Geography Game is provided by Esra Oyri, publishing as Oyri Games. The game is in development. The store-release configuration described here includes advertising, in-app purchases, and subscriptions, with no game account, login, cloud saves, or separate gameplay analytics.
Game information stored on your device
Progress, preferences, race history, and player names entered on the race screen are kept on your device. Oyri Games does not create an account for these saves or upload a cloud copy to its servers. Playing does not require precise location or contacts access.
Advertising and third-party data
Google AdMob may process IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device/advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic data for advertising delivery, performance measurement, and fraud prevention. Data processed depends on the SDK version, device, region, and permissions. This is separate from local game saves and may be transmitted to Google and advertising services.
Analytics
The game does not use a separate gameplay analytics service and does not send gameplay events to PostHog. This does not eliminate data processing by the advertising provider for ad measurement or diagnostics.
Store payments
In-app purchase and subscription payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Oyri Games does not receive full payment card details. The store processes product, transaction, and receipt records under its own terms. Purchase records may be retained separately from progress stored on your device. MapBop’s purchase integration uses RevenueCat to verify and restore entitlements; it may process an app user/installation identifier, purchased products, and transaction details.
Support and privacy correspondence
If you write to support@oyrigames.com, your email address, message, and any device details, order reference, or attachments you include are used to respond to your request. The email provider processes the correspondence. Do not send passwords, full card details, or unnecessary personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Game saves remain on your device until you remove application data; operating-system backups are managed separately. Advertising and store records follow the relevant providers’ retention rules and legal obligations; uninstalling does not delete these records. Support correspondence and data deletion request records are retained for up to 12 months after the request is closed and then deleted, except for records that must be retained by law. Contact the same support address to request earlier deletion or ask about retention. This 12-month period does not apply to advertising and store providers’ own records.
Security and international processing
Local saves are managed by your operating system’s application-storage protections. Keep your device and operating system updated. Advertising, store, and email services may process data on infrastructure and in countries outside Türkiye as described in their privacy policies. No storage or communication method guarantees absolute security.
Permissions and your rights
Manage available tracking and advertising identifier controls in device settings. Depending on your location and applicable rules, you can contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing. We may ask for information needed to associate a request with the relevant records. Where processing is controlled by a provider, we will direct you to the appropriate channel.
Children and age rating
The game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children. A store’s content age rating is separate from the target-audience declaration; the applicable rating is shown in the relevant store listing. Contact support with questions about data concerning a child.
Policy updates
The current policy is published at this URL; its update date is shown above. If the released game’s services or data practices change, this policy and store privacy disclosures must be updated to match that version.
